Flat Rock Community Schools offers instructional coaching to all teachers. Through collaborative and reflective practices, the teacher and the instructional coach aim to improve student outcomes.

Multi-tiered System of Supports are in place to improve achievement, behavior, and attendance. Students who qualify for interventions receive research-based individualized instruction and supports that meet their needs.

Professional Learning Communities take place throughout the district. The collaborative teams ensure that student learning is the focus for teaching.
