Registration
THIS IS FOR NEW TO THE DISTRICT STUDENTS ONLY
Please follow these two steps to enroll for the 2022-2023 or 2023-2024 school year:
- Complete the online pre-enrollment, click here.
- There are two options to complete the enrollment:
- NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED - You may upload the required documentation (see below) to the online pre-enrollment. All documents must be uploaded and a clear image. You will receive the enrollment documents by email for electronic signature.

- BY APPOINTMENT - Once the pre-enrollment is complete, click here to make an appointment to complete the enrollment. **All documents must be turned in at this appointment. See the list of required documents below.

STUDENT REGISTRATION/FORMS:
The laws of Michigan state that a child's residence for educational purposes is with his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s).
ENROLLMENT DOCUMENTS:
At time of registration Parent(s) or Legal Guardian(s) MUST provide the following documents:
Two proofs of residency, which can include the following items:
- House closing papers or mortgage documents or apartment or lease/rental agreement
- Current utility bill
- Voter registration card
Valid Driver's License
Kindergarten Students:
- Original birth certificate
- The Michigan Missing Children’s Act (MCL 380.1135) requires that you provide a copy of the child’s original birth certificate when you are enrolling in school. If you do not meet this requirement within 30 days, the school must notify local law enforcement.
- Current immunization records
- Court ordered legal guardianship documents, if applicable
- Hearing and vision screening results (highly recommended but not required)
Students Grade 1-12:
- Original birth certificate

- Latest report card or high school transcripts
