Registration

Please follow these two steps to enroll for the 2020-2021 school year:

  • Complete the online pre-enrollment, click here.
  • Once online pre-enrollment is complete, click here to make an appointment to complete the enrollment. **All documents must be turned in at this appointment. See the list of required documents below.

STUDENT REGISTRATION/FORMS:

The laws of Michigan state that a child's residence for educational purposes is with his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s).

ENROLLMENT DOCUMENTS:

At time of registration Parent(s) or Legal Guardian(s) MUST provide the following documents:

Two proofs of residency, which can include the following items:

  • House closing papers or mortgage documents or apartment or lease/rental agreement
  • Current utility bill
  • Voter registration card

 

Valid Driver's License

 

Kindergarten Students:

  • Original birth certificate
  • Social Security Card 
  • Current immunization records
  • Court ordered legal guardianship documents, if applicable
  • Hearing and vision screening results (highly recommended but not required)

 

Students Grade 1-12:

  • Original birth certificate
  • Current immunization records
  • Latest report card or high school transcripts
  • Court ordered legal guardianship documents, if applicable
  • Current IEP, if applicable
