 REGISTRATION FOR FALL, 2010

Registration activities are scheduled for the students at Flat Rock Community High School on August 25^th and 26^th.  A student registration packet is available on the district website at www.flatrockschools.org. To get to the registration packet follow these steps…

0. Locate Student Registration Forms in the left hand column.
0. Download the Student Registration Packet
0. Fill out the information
0. Bring the completed forms to registration.

 The schedule is as follows:

Senior/Juniors   - Wednesday,  8/25/10   8:30 – 11:30 AM

Sophomores/Freshman   - Thursday 8/26/10  8:30 – 11:30 AM

Make-up Time   - Thursday 8/26/10   1:00 – 2:30 PM

It is important for all students to report for registration so that they will be ready to be seated on the first day of school. Parents and students are asked to read carefully through registration materials. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK ALL FORMS – FRONT AND BACK – FOR SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS.  All registration materials must be filled out completely in order to register.

The following forms will be required for all students at pre-registration:

** EMERGENCY INFORMATION CARD (Parent signature)

** FRCHS SECONDARY STUDENT REGISTRATION FORM (front and  

  back fully completed with parent signature)

**RELEASE OF RECORDS SHEET (signature required)

**INTERNET USE AGREEMENT SHEET (signatures required)

**MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM (if applicable)

Additionally, all students will have pictures taken for student ID cards, sophomores will order rings, and seniors will order caps and gowns. Freshmen will need a $40.00 book deposit.  All students will report to the bookstore and receive schedules.  All books will be distributed by teachers on the first day of school.

Students will receive a student planner/handbook in Academic Lab on September 8, 2010.  This book will include hall passes and must be carried with the student at all times once school is in session. Parents will be asked to sign a receipt of handbook sheet that must be returned to the main office no later than Wednesday, September 15, 2010.

OFFICE AND SCHEDULING UPDATES

The high school main office will be open August 23, 2010 and the Counseling secretary will return on August 30^th.   Call 734-535-6670 for appointments.  Summer office hours will be from 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Monday through Friday.
